1. Seller
Bobcat Balti OÜ, registry code 10041773, KMKR EE100300794, address Ehitajate tee 107A, 13514 Tallinn, Eesti. E-mail allan@bobcat.ee, phone +372 6 511 330.
These terms apply to parts orders placed through chat.bobcat.ee (parts shop and chat). An order is governed by
the terms published when it was placed.
2. Placing an order
- Add parts to the basket or describe what you need in the chat. To place an order we ask for the contact
person's name, phone, e-mail and delivery method; for a company invoice also the company name and registry code.
- Each order gets a number (e.g. BB-261009-K4T9) by which you can follow its status. We send it by e-mail;
the payment link follows right away or after we have checked the order.
- If Bobcat has superseded a part number or the number is not in our catalogue, we check it. If a part is
replaced, we tell you the new number and price before payment; the order proceeds only after that.
- The contract is concluded when you have paid the order or we have confirmed it.
3. Prices
- Prices are in euros excluding VAT; 24% VAT is added at payment.
- Transport of European-warehouse parts and delivery are separate lines in the order and are shown before
payment.
- Prices shown when the order is placed are final and valid for 14 days from placing the order or from
when we send the payment link. After that you can ask to renew the offer on the payment page — we check prices
and stock and send a new payment link.
- A VAT-registered company from Latvia or Lithuania is charged 0% VAT (reverse charge) if the VAT number is
valid in the EU register (VIES), the company name matches the register and the order is shipped to an Omniva
parcel machine in the VAT number's country. For collection and delivery to Estonia VAT is 24%.
- At 0% VAT payment is possible only by bank link from that company's bank account. If the payment does not
come from the VAT number holder's account, 0% cannot be applied: we will ask you to pay the VAT difference or
refund the payment.
- If you are a VAT-registered business in another EU member state, contact us before paying.
4. Payment
- You can pay by bank link (banks of Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania) or card via the payment service Montonio,
or by bank transfer against our invoice. There is no surcharge for card payments.
- Card and bank details are entered on the payment provider's secure page and never reach us.
- If the order changes after we have sent the payment link, we send a new link. If the amount received does
not match the order (for example, the order changed during payment), we will contact you: you pay the
difference or we refund it.
- We confirm receipt of payment by e-mail.
5. Delivery
- Delivery methods: Omniva parcel machine in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania, Cargobus courier, or collection at
Ehitajate tee 107A, 13514 Tallinn, Eesti. The method and its price are shown before payment.
- Parts in stock are shipped at the earliest opportunity after payment. For parts from the European warehouse
we give the expected delivery time when confirming the order.
- Parcel machines take up to 30 kg (to Lithuania up to 25 kg); larger shipments by agreement. The carrier
notifies the recipient of arrival by SMS or e-mail.
6. Right of withdrawal (consumers)
- A consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason.
Notify us by e-mail at allan@bobcat.ee with the order number.
- The goods must be returned within 14 days of the withdrawal notice. The buyer bears the cost of return.
- We refund the amount paid, including the original delivery charge, within 14 days of receiving the notice,
using the same payment method; we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back.
- The buyer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is
necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning (e.g. a part that was fitted or used).
7. Returns for businesses
- Business buyers have no statutory right of withdrawal.
- Unused stock parts in their original packaging may be returned by agreement within 14 days.
- Parts ordered from the European warehouse are special orders and are not taken back. Exceptions: a defective
part (see section 8) or our error, if we sent a part different from the one ordered.
- Before ordering from the European warehouse, please check the part number against the machine's serial
number — we will help.
8. Defects and warranty
- For consumers we are liable for defects that appear within two years of delivery. Please notify us of a
defect within two months of discovering it.
- For businesses the manufacturer's (Bobcat) warranty applies on the manufacturer's terms.
- Liability does not cover wear or defects caused by incorrect fitting, use or maintenance.
9. Cancellation by the seller
If a part is unavailable or the order contains an obvious error (e.g. in the price), we notify you and refund
the amount paid in full.
10. Personal data
How we process personal data is described in the privacy policy.
11. Disputes
If there is a problem, write to allan@bobcat.ee — we primarily resolve issues by negotiation. A consumer may turn to
the Consumer Disputes Committee at the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority
(www.ttja.ee). The contract is governed by Estonian law.
