Thanks to the E10's innovative Lithium-Ion battery pack, you can operate throughout an 8-hour day with minimal charging breaks.
See how the strongest digging excavators can improve your work performance.
Bobcat compact excavators give you absolute control of the boom, arm and bucket at all times, even in the most challenging work environments. The precise, intuitive controls give you the confidence to complete any job using your machine and save many hours of manual labour. These ergonomic, predictable controls are delivered through Bobcat's unique control valve system.
You can work in confined areas and squeeze through the tightest workspaces by retracting the tracks on Bobcat E08, E10e, E10z, E17, E17z, E19, E19e and E20z compact excavators. The hydraulically activated retractable undercarriage is the ideal solution for access through narrow gates and doorways.
You don't need any tools to adjust the blade extensions on E08, E10e, E10z, E17, E17z, E19, E19e and E20z models. You can easily remove the blade extensions and store them directly on the blade structure.
For easier access to your work area: pass under branches, low openings and through doorways to get to your job site.
More standard comfort features make tackling hard work easier.
With Bobcat ergonomic controls, you will stay productive all day long. They help you control attachments with precision and flexibility, without feeling tired. Grade, level and backfill with less exertion. Then head to the next work area using the one-hand travel control... and adjust the arm rests for added comfort!
The Bobcat E10e allows you to choose the position of your joystick controls: outward for comfort, or inward for passing through narrow openings.
Easy maintenance routines give you more reliable performance and peace of mind.
Bobcat designers have configured a centralised grease bank to make lubrication of the slew bearing and slew pinion fast and easy. With a large opening, it’s simple to reach the well-protected grease cylinder fitting and complete track tensioning.
Intelligently designed components keep you working on the jobsite.
On Bobcat E08, E10e, E10z, E17, E17z, E19, E19e and E20z models, vital machine components have additional protection from damage. The hydraulic cylinder is mounted on top of the boom to prevent accidental contact with the trench, bucket or any nearby obstacles. For 1-2T models, the boom cylinder might be further protected by cylinder guard.
Do you frequently work in confined areas, close to objects, or against a wall? On models with minimal and conventional tail swing, the rear of the house protrudes beyond the width of the tracks. To avoid this restriction and give yourself the greatest flexibility, choose a zero tail-swing model; the rear of the house stays within the width of the tracks through full rotation. With zero tail swing, you rotate and deposit soil where you need it, reposition the machine fewer times, and worry less about accidentally striking any surrounding objects.
The industry leader in attachments and attachment-ready features.
Equipped with an electric motor, E10e is noticably quieter compared to its diesel counterpart, greatly improving the comfort of the operator.
Work in gardens or parks without risking damage to plants and property – no need to worry about hot exhaust fumes and smoke like a conventional engine would emit.
Following the daily working routine, the new E10e can operate throughout a full working day.
Using an external Supercharger functionality, the batteries can be recharged to 80% of battery capacity in around 1 hour.
Machines in one range are compared against each other — these are the four figures the choice usually comes down to.
The electric twin of the E10z: the same expandable undercarriage and the same digging forces, but with no exhaust and noticeably quieter — so it works indoors and anywhere a combustion engine simply will not be allowed.

The design decisions that determine where the machine can work and what you can hang on it.
There is no exhaust at all, so the machine works inside buildings, in basements and anywhere a combustion engine would not be permitted. Noise at the operator station is 72 dB(A) on the E10e and 75 dB(A) on the E19e against 80 dB(A) on the diesel E10z — which opens up early hours and residential areas.
A Li-Ion battery of 11.52 kWh on the E10e and 17.28 kWh on the E19e. The on-board 110 / 230 V charger fills the machine overnight from an ordinary socket; the external 400 V Supercharger restores the charge in a little over an hour on the E10e and under two on the E19e — that is, over a lunch break.
The whole range side by side — you can see what each step up actually buys.
